Q: What is a 'white label'?
A: A white label audio solution is one where we, as the actual producers, remain hidden so that our clients can take credit for our work. A good example is if you wanted your own weekly radio and wanted it to look like you were the one who created the show in-house.
Q: Does your creative team help me with the process, or am I supposed to tell them exactly what I want done?
A: You can have as much or as little involvement as you desire. Typically our clients don't have much (if any) experience with audio, so we help them with what they need from us by making the process clear and simple.
Q: Do you offer non-english speaking audio solutions?
A: Yes, but there is an additional charge that varies with the language.
Q: Why should be interested in radio and audio solutions when video seems to be all the rage?
A: It is important to remember that video never replaced radio in the brick and mortar world and it will not is the online world either for the same reasons. Can you watch video while doing other work on your computer? Can you listen to it on your mp3 player when you are jogging or driving your car? No. That's because straight audio doesn't require an individual's full undivided attention and as a result can be used in a wider range of applications.
Q: Who owns the rights to the finished project?
A: You do. We do not have any rights over how, when and where you use what we create for you.
